Customer Information is information that we may collect from your use of the Property Sales Puerto Rico web site or related social media sites and your interactions with us offline. We deal with customer information as confidential in accordance with the terms of our services.

 

Services Data is data gathered in connection with, through or as a result of the legal services consulted and/or provided, directly or inderectly related to the matters consulted and or services provided. 

 

Property Sales Puerto Rico may collect information about its customers, including name, address and contact information, which is treated as confidential. 

Property Sales Puerto Rico may be required to retain or provide access to Customer Information and Services Data to comply with legally mandated reporting, disclosure or other legal process requirements.

 

Property Sales Puerto Rico does not use customer data, except as related to the legal services provided, billing of such services, and contacts with the customers in connection with the services.

Property Sales Puerto Rico is committed to the security of your services data, and has in place physical, administrative and technical measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to that information. Our security policies cover the management of security for both its internal operations as well as the services. These security measures and policies apply to legal services rendered and consultations, and are in line with the Rules of Professional Conduct, Ethics Rules, general practice and procedures applicable to our legal services practice. 

 

Please note that personal information may be transferred, accessed and stored on the web or cloud based storage, or may need to be provided to the public or third parties, as necessary for the uses and disclosures stated above in accordance with this policy.

Dispute Resolution

 

If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with this policy or unresolved privacy or data use concerns, you should first contact us. We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information, Customer Information and Services Data in accordance with this privacy policy.

 

If contacting us does not resolve your complaint, you may raise your complaint with the Court of First Instant for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, San Juan.
